Welcome to Fall Boutique by Santa's Bag, where we ignite creativity and spark inspiration with thought-provoking conversations on art, crafts, and more! We are at maximum capacity for our vendors!
Art was a part of my everyday life as an art teacher (High School) for 37 years. It was hard to work in only one media as I taught over 7 different types of classes. I found working in clay was very rewarding, taking the lump and transforming it into a piece of Art (As a child I played in the mud a lot) . Along with working with clay, I also loved to create crafts using recycled materials. The transformation of common kitchen pieces into a recycled wood and cutlery angel is very rewarding or using old wood, books or dishes to create a one of a kind piece of art.
In 1984-1987, I was a part of craft shows selling my creations. I decided I could put together a show with juried items from local artists, named Santa’s Bag. I started the first year with 15 artists and grew to 60 vendors at the Lafayette Community Center in Lafayette, CA, until 2019.
Born and Raised in Fresno, with retirement I moved back to The Valley. We bought a home in Fig Garden, A historical neighborhood and decided with my husband, Eric that our yard would be a setting for a Fall Show. 2023, will be the 13th year. It has grown just like the original Santa's Bag to a very successful show with 30+ artists.
We welcome you to our Fall Boutique by Santa's Bag.
Judy Gregerson
Promoter / Artist
Judy grew up on a farm in the San Joaquin Valley where she was a part of the beginning of "Simonian's Fruit Stand". There she developed her love of the variety of fruits available in the Central Valley and has fond memories of helping her mother prepare many preserves. She now brings you the fruit of a life long passion of farm fresh single batch jams.
