Every year it makes me happy getting to see the same vendors who I have grown to know over these past years. I do acrylic and watercolor paintings, work with pens, and colored pencil. I enjoy painting on different materials and even on very large scales. Ive always dreamed of being able to show my art and paint commissions for people. Now i’ve gotten those opportunities and i’m very grateful to start living that dream.

Kelley’s love affair with jewelry started at 8 yrs. old when her grandmother let her play with her collection; many of those pieces being crystal from the 1940’s.

Knowing that she wanted to run her own business one day, after a 30+yr career in the Beauty Industry, she decided to start designing and making jewelry in 2018.

“I was sitting in my living room and the sun was beaming in. The rainbows and shimmers coming off all my crystal bowls, vases, and ornaments…just made me smile. It was actually quite uplifting. That was the exact point I decided it was time to start creating jewelry and predominantly with Austrian Crystal stones. Their brilliance is amazing and the quality is the best out there. I also add in Gemstones to some of my collections. The best compliment I receive from my clients is that my jewelry makes them smile. I want to make as many people smile and thought how could I help others that may be in tough circumstances. I’m humbled that I have been able to help various women’s organizations; Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, Support those that are terminally ill, and even help Animal Shelters around the county. I like to say, I can because you did. I could not help others without the support of my clients.”

Kelley emphasizes that her jewelry can be worn with any outfit. Her pieces are timeless, elegant, and fun – all in one. She does a lot of custom work especially using the Austrian Crystal Birthstone colors. “Birthdays are special to me. This collection celebrates that and the month one was born.”

As an artist, Chieko Delgado’s eye gravitates to the beauty of nature. Her brush has captured some of the most iconic imagery of California: vibrant poppies, the winegrape harvest and snowfall on a Yosemite landscape.

So each spring, when nature erupts into a riotous display of beauty right in her own backyard, there’s no keeping the award-winning, Fresno-area painter out of the orchards. Delgado becomes an invited guest at local farms, and you’ll often find her with her easel among the rows of almond, apricot, peach, plum and nectarine trees that are decked out in an explosion of white and pink blossoms. This is the fourth year that local Sanger artist Chieko Delgado has had her painting "Blossoms In the Sky" chosen to be on the Fresno County 2024 Blossom Trail Poster.

Art was a part of my everyday life as an art teacher (High School) for 37 years.  It was hard to work in only one media as I taught over 7 different types of classes.  I found working in clay was very rewarding, taking the lump and transforming it into a piece of Art (As a child I played in the mud a lot) . Along with working with clay, I also loved to create crafts using recycled materials. The transformation of common kitchen pieces into a recycled wood and cutlery angel is very rewarding or using old wood, books or dishes to create a one of a kind piece of art.

Farm Girl Jam

At the age of 13, my father built a small fruit stand in front of our home.  My brother who was 16 at the time would pick the fruit and vegetables from the farm and bring it to the stand for me to sell.  Each summer, from that time and through college, we truly learned what hard work was and gained a greater appreciation of a family business. Our family’s fruit stand soon became a landmark in the Central Valley known today as Simonian Farms.  One of my fondest memories of my mother was watching her take the over ripe fruits and make many different types of jams and jellies (sometimes with my help). I always loved the final products with the beautiful array of colors. My family grew many different types of fruit, from all kinds of stone fruit, berries, pomegranates, strawberries, figs and more.

As a young adult, I began making my own jams and jellies and eventually many would prove to be award winning recipes. I would often pick the fruit on my own but was also fortunate enough to acquire some of it from our family farm.   The hobby of making jams and jellies became a nice source of extra income for me and my family. All of my jams and jellies are made in single batches bursting with the natural flavor of the fruit.

Mosaic Artist

I began my mosaic hobby 14yrs. ago while visiting  my sister Renee. She taught me the basics as I worked to create a pen holder for my desk. From that day forward I've always had a mosaic project going. I began making small projects for family and friends.  I then branched out to make everything  from crosses to tables and even guitars.  My largest and most challenging project to date, 4 ft x 4 ft round logo set in concrete for a roofing company. This was a huge learning experience! I started my small mosaic business about 8 years ago, selling to friends at first, then branching out to small craft shows. I've been blessed to be a part of Santa's Bag Boutique  for the past 4 years. I also keep busy with custom orders. Over the past several years my mosaic style has changed  very little. I love small detailed designs, bright colors and whimsical pieces. I'm always on the lookout  for something new and different. As a retired wife, mom and grandma I'm very busy, but finding  time to create art work in many different  shapes and sizes gives  me peace and calm.

Artisans Rhomie Thompson and Subrina Lorenzo have been co-creating original art together since 2020.

Rhomie a ceramic sculptor, painter and designer joined forces with Subrina, a welder, furniture maker

and metal artist to produce one-of-a-kind, large scale indoor and outdoor sculptures.

The duo use numerous methods of mixed media of clay, repurposed wood and metal along with various

other objects to create their world of animals, fish, suns & moons for the home and garden. Rhomie

will start with a ceramic form using different textures and glazes to create exciting imagery filled with

depth, color and movement; then Subrina will cut, weld, acid wash and assemble the different materials

to bring the sculptures to life. This talented team uses a combination of their imaginations to create art

out of joy.

These lifelong friends currently reside in the Central Valley of California, however their hearts live

amongst the communities where they have traveled and their artwork has found a new home.

GW Timeless Memories

Art that speaks to the soul, I specialize in custom pet portraiture.

I am a self-taught artist with a passion for creating unique and inspiring pieces. My love for art began at a young age and has grown into a lifelong pursuit.  My work is influenced by the vibrant colors and textures of nature, as well as the emotions and experiences that we all share. I strive to create pieces that are both visually stunning and emotionally impactful. I offer a range of services, including commissioned pieces, gifts, and more. Cherish your pet with a timeless memory.

Hannah Rose Ceramics

My current work is to create wheel-thrown ceramic dishware for everyday use. This includes cups, bowls, plates, mugs, planters, and any other custom request pieces. Function, unique qualities of form, and surface texture are important to me. With these aspects in mind, I create one-of-a-kind and comfortable pieces for the home, most of which are inspired by natural forms and color palettes.

Another type of functional ware that I create are sets of porcelain, slip-cast dishware. They have a minimalist aesthetic and are influenced by flowers or natural forms. Each place setting has several pieces that are based off the shapes of different layers of flower petals that nestle inside of one another. When viewed from above, the organic-shaped rims resemble whole flowers, and the table as a stylized garden.

My sculptural work reflects issues of the hybridization of fruits, vegetables, and other plant forms. Some of the forms are meant to be realistic representations of the produce, but they become grotesque with the addition of human body parts to comment on the possibilities of the biotechnology of agriculture gone wrong. Other pieces are representations of hybrid flowers which combine aspects from different plant life to create large-scale, brightly colored mutant forms. I want viewers to reflect on how they interact with their environment as well as to be a celebration of the beauty of the natural world.

 Wooden Bowls & More

I have always enjoyed working with wood. Once I purchased a wood lathe in 2010, I went a little crazy and can't seem to find or acquire enough wood to turn. I even resorted to cutting down a few of my redwood trees and turned bowls from them. Finally, I started making cheese and cutting boards along with a few other carving projects. All of my handcrafted and finished products are food safe.

Knits & More

From a very young age I was enthralled by the tactile nature and colors of fabrics and yarn.  I learned to knit at the age of 6 when a neighbor taught me the basics using the green beans she was cutting as my first knitting needles.  I also spent many evenings sewing for my Barbie dolls.

My passion for textiles has not wavered as I’ve never stopped making — even knitting through law school lectures!  I am seldom spotted without a knitting project at the ready and still get excited about creating something with two sticks and string.  I also love finding the perfect material and then imaging what to sew with it.  A perfect day is losing myself to sewing both whimsical and utilitarian items.

I am thrilled to participate in this year’s sale and have created sewn baby harem pants, human and cat toys with material I’ve collected over the years.  (Psst!  There may be a few knitted items that make an appearance!)
